Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances in which Design Co Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) may provide refunds for services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Creative Media and Web Design Services
A 50% deposit is required to secure and begin a project. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Where projects are delivered in stages, any interim payments (including the 25% milestone payment and final 25% payment) are also non-refundable once made.
If you delay supplying required assets (such as photography, video, text, or other content), we reserve the right to place the project on hold until our next available slot.
Should you subsequently request a refund in such circumstances, you may be entitled to a partial refund of up to 25% (0–25%), at the sole discretion of Design Co Studio, provided that no project work has commenced. This is not guaranteed.
2. SEO Services
SEO services require a minimum six (6) month commitment with a three (3) month upfront payment.
All payments for SEO services are strictly non-refundable, due to the significant work and resources allocated from the outset.
3. Maintenance, Hosting, and Premium Tools
Payments for hosting, SSL certificates, premium tools, or maintenance subscriptions are non-refundable, as these are third-party services billed annually.
Should you choose to end your maintenance subscription, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own hosting, SSL, and any required premium tools.
4. Handover and Attribution Fees
The handover fee of £500 for transferring hosting and management away from Design Co Studio is non-refundable.
The attribution removal fee of £125 is non-refundable once applied.
5. General Conditions
Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind or if you decide not to continue with a project once work has commenced.
All refunds, where considered, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of Design Co Studio.
Any approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
