Project Overview
Design Co Studio has been working with owner and superintendent pharmacist Wole Ososami for over 8 years on numerous pharmacy projects. In the early days we began by creating a modern website for Westbury Chemist post pharmacy acquisition. Previously the pharmacy had a mediocre website that had outdated services, pricing and information.
It was crying for a revamp. Wole comissioned Design Co Studio to produce a website that was modern, functional for patients of all age groups and with an integrated booking system that made service bookings a breeze. This included adding in any pre-consultation forms as well.

Creating a seamless user experience that was accessible on mobile for all age groups

Project Solution
From here we created a minimalistic, consistent and effective design that worked exceptionally well for patients. We measured the usability by integrating a heatmap. From here, we were able to see in real time how patients were using the website.
Westbury Chemist has ambitious goals of being the best community pharmacy in Streatham. They wanted to be able to provide current and up to date information to patients in an instant. Our team had organised 24/7 support for this project to ensure we helped meet these goals.
Additionally, we optimised the content on the website to rank remarkably well for locals and for the search engines too. Design Co Studio provided a comprehensive content plan that elevated the websites blog with up to date information, tips and guides and more. The production of this content allowed us to propel the traffic of the website to average of 13,000 monthly visitors and climbing.
